Brave new world has a few ideals that I support such as the element in a "utopia" that everyone should be predestined at birth to be a master at their selected field. Granted this method of a society seems unfair due to the automatic assignment of a person to a certain career. In the book it states that humans were classified in 5 groups, Alpha, beta, gamma, delta, and epsilon. These issued castes determine the humans "income" or "importance" and because of the inability to decide which caste you are going to be in, an epsilon may hate his position in life.
Right in the beginning of this book it displays an element that a Marxist critique would love. The very beginning of the book it discusses the class system that their society (Brave new world's society) has ( which was discussed in the above paragraph). This book refers to Henry Ford constantly and place him in a position of divinity. The book utilizes fords method of building cars (assembly line) to build humans. Making humans more efficient as well as being able to create a large amount of humans. The people in the book constantly call upon Henry fords name pinning the idea that Ford is a deity. Such as an instance when a person shouts "His Fordship." obviously it should be His lordship.
